Must be returned by this date, to receive FREE entry into prettiest eyes, hair,and smile. You may enter at the door on the day of the pageant. Fees must be paid by money order, business check, or by credit card using WWW.PAYPAL.COM.. Entries taken at door will only be excepted in the form of CASH ONLY, no exceptions. . Admission into pageant is $5.00 per person at the door OR a new unwrapped toy. (all toys will be donated to our chosen charity, Christmas for Kids.) Contestants, one parent, and children 4 and under are free.

Celestial Starlight Pageantry
Rules & Regulations
The Grand Supreme title, and Mini Supreme title may not double crown in any other Celestial Starlight event period. Age division titles may not double crown, with in the Celestial Starlight system, with the exception of optional events. If you have any questions about this rule please call Celestial Starlight Pageantry Offices prior to the pageant. We will not tolerate any disagreements concerning this rule on or after pageant day.
* Poor sportsmanship or misconduct will not be tolerated at any Celestial Starlight Pageantry event. Any contestant, family of a contestant, or member of the audience exhibiting this behavior will be asked to leave the pageant. This could cause the contestant to forfeit any title(s) earned during the pageant, and entry fees will NOT BE REFUNDED.
* Age is determined according to the age of the contestant on the day of the pageant.
* Pageants with less than 20 contestants are subject to cancellation.
* Judges decisions are final. Contestants may view their scores, but all original score sheets are the property of the pageant, and will not be released to the contestants.
* All entry fees are non-refundable.
* Entry fees are used to pay for the expense of the pageant production. To help minimize this expense to contestants, sponsors may be obtained to help cover these fees. Sponsors may be businesses, friends, family, or anyone wishing to donate to the contestant. Sponsors will be announced while contestant is on stage.
* Celestial Starlight Pageantry reserves the right to cancel any pageant due to any unforeseen disaster, including, but not limited to: fire, hurricane, tornado, flood, or any natural disaster. In the event this occurs, refunds will not be given, but the pageant will be rescheduled at another location, and time.
**Celestial Starlight Pageantry may use any photos of the contestant for advertisements,and promotional purposes. The pageant may also distribute the contestants name, and contact information to talent agencies, other pageants or institutions that may better serve the contestants career or future.
* Celestial Starlight Pageantry and/or people affiliated with the pageant, including the facility in which the pageant is being held, are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or any loss or misfortune that may have occurred to anyone either before, during,or after the pageant. By signing this form, you are releasing the pageant from any, and all responsibility.
* Admission into the pageant is $5.00, or 1 new unwrapped toy, per person. Contestants, one parent and children 4 and under are free. Please notify your guests that admission must be paid. (all toys collected will go tothe charity of our choice, Christmas for Kids)
